The concept of SUMMER ENTREPRENEUR™ is owned by the County Administrative Board of Västernorrland (CAB), Sweden and the trustee in charge of development and dissemination is Municipality of Sundsvall. It has been developed from another concept owned by CAB namned Open For Business.

Repsonsible for the concept is Ulla Gredemyr, a consultant working for CAB that has developed the concept through her work within Open For Business.
